Knudsen Kilen supplied block to increase heights in the renovation of Skovbærparken in Haderslev.
The renovation commenced in 2018 and was completed in 2021. During this, 144 apartments were renovated, 66 apartments were reconstructed for accessibility, and 35 townhouses were established.
The project used Knudsen Kilen’s Combi Top wedges with a height increase of 27-87 mm, ideal for renovation projects where the space beneath the floors is narrow.

To eliminate previous issues of noise travelling through the floors, the building owner opted for Knudsen Kilen’s step sound brick.
All apartments in Skovbærparken are now within the legal requirement for step sound reduction between apartment floors of a maximum of 53 dB, and the residents can enjoy a healthier, more comfortable indoor environment.
